hmm...my diet 2day...yippy...cheers to myself...had indeed control the intake of food...i eat alot of veg 2day...a veri good diet and also i think my body need tht....all the fluid and vit...tht the veg can give me...regain my energy.....
had been doin the facial myself..practising...and i think i'm getting on the hand of it...slowly...i noe i can...
