for those of u who wan to buy hse now..the rule now is to apply HLE 1st..then had to submitt the require doc to HDB to process and aprove b4 u cn purchase a unit...my application expire 2day...Oops...heng ah..
..jux in time to re-apply through the internet again..if not had to Q up and re-do everythg again...now onli need to re-submitted...this loan onli valid for 3mths nia..once 3mths up and if u yet to get a hse...u got to re-apply again...for my case, my loan expire 2day..but yesterday i went down HDB to re-submitt my application again..and had to post out within tis wk...heng ah..onli need to re-submitted..not doin everythg again..."haiz"...so had to wait at least 2wks for approval....
may all thg run smoothly......
hm..later got to go dw town to get some staffs...hmmm....room in a mess..."arrgg"...
